Apex Drive Shipping Policy
Thank you for supporting Apex Drive.
All of our products are made to order. This means your item is printed specifically for you after your purchase is placed. Because of this, our shipping times are slightly different than traditional retail stores.
Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days.
During busy periods, holidays, or new product releases, processing may take slightly longer.
Once your order has been printed and prepared, it will be shipped immediately.
Shipping Time (United States)
Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days after processing
Estimated total delivery time: 5–12 business days from the date of purchase.
Please note that shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on carrier delays, weather conditions, or high-volume seasons.
Order Tracking
As soon as your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address. Apex Drive is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout.

We cannot guarantee changes once an order has entered production.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Apex Drive is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered by the shipping carrier. If your tracking shows delivered but you did not receive the package, please contact the shipping carrier directly. We will do our best to assist you when possible.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:
• your order number
• a description of the issue
• clear photos of the product
We will gladly arrange a replacement at no additional cost.
International Shipping
At this time, Apex Drive only ships within the United States.
